Provide an objective perspective on marketing capabilities and processes, determining whether company was keeping pace with the key skills and competencies necessary to win.


What We Did:

Developed a comprehensive assessment tool and scorecard. Led review that identified gaps and areas of conflict or under-delivery in go to market organizations and processes.



Led to restructuring of roles, responsibilities and functional lines in and between marketing and support groups. Identified key marketing process improvements which were subsequently implemented.
